Learn why Lehi is a great place to live

Established in 1852, Lehi Utah is the sixth oldest city in the state.  Because of this, there are a wide range of Lehi homes to choose from.  Some of the popular attractions and activities include: Camp Floyd in Fairfield, Cabela’s, Thanksgiving Point, and the Pony Express.  The city also holds Lehi Round-Up every summer with loads of fun for the whole family.

Positioned about 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City and some 20 minutes north of Provo, Lehi is within commuting range of several of the best colleges and universities in Utah.  The population is about 36,885, 19% of which rents.  There are around 5,299 houses in Lehi and the median income is $66,420. Lehi usually receives close to 11 inches of rain and 27 inches of snow yearly and temperature reaches a high of 90 degrees on average in the summer and a low of 15 in the winter.

On average, Lehi Real Estate prices decreased by over $50,000 last quarter.   That brings prices pretty close to estimated appreciation values.
